This Privacy Policy explains what information DealFlo collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, password), deal data you save or upload (listing URLs, Information Memorandum PDFs, calculator inputs, buy box criteria), and basic usage data needed to operate the Platform.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Platform — authenticating your account, running the analysis tools you request, saving deals to your pipeline, sending transactional emails (password resets, alerts you've opted into), and processing subscription payments.

Information Memorandum uploads

IM PDFs you upload are processed in memory to extract deal data and are not stored — only the extracted data (numbers, summaries, highlights) is saved against your account.

Third-party services

DealFlo relies on third-party infrastructure to operate: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (DealFlo AI analysis), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their respective service to DealFlo.

No sale of data

We do not sell your personal information or deal data to third parties.

Your choices

You can update your account details at any time, unsubscribe from email alerts, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
