These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DealFlo ("DealFlo", "we", "us"), including the website, calculators, AI-powered analysis tools and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. DealFlo is an educational tool, not a financial advisor

DealFlo provides AI-powered analysis, calculators and informational content to help you evaluate business acquisitions. The Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. DealFlo is not a licensed financial adviser, accountant, lawyer, finance broker or business valuer, and nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, accounting, tax, investment or business advice.

2. Do not rely solely on DealFlo analysis

Deal scores, price assessments, debt serviceability estimates, earnings signals, deal structure suggestions, calculator projections and any other output generated by the Platform (including by DealFlo AI) are estimates based on limited, often publicly available information. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or based on assumptions that do not apply to your situation. You must not rely solely on any analysis produced by the Platform when making an acquisition decision.

3. Seek professional advice

Before entering into any agreement to acquire, invest in or finance a business, you must engage qualified, independent professionals — including an accountant, lawyer, finance broker and business advisor — to conduct proper due diligence and advise you based on your specific circumstances. DealFlo strongly encourages full due diligence, including review of an Information Memorandum, audited financials and legal documentation, before proceeding with any transaction.

4. Data accuracy is not guaranteed

Data extracted or generated by the Platform — including from business listings, uploaded documents, and third-party sources — is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DealFlo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any data, benchmark, industry range, calculation or AI-generated output on the Platform.

5. AI can make errors

The Platform uses artificial intelligence ("DealFlo AI") to extract data, generate insights, answer questions and produce analysis. AI-generated content can be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, and may occasionally state something with more confidence than the underlying data supports. Always independently verify any figure, claim or recommendation before acting on it.

6. No liability for investment or acquisition decisions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealFlo, its owners, employees and contractors accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any analysis, calculation, data or content it provides, including in connection with any decision to acquire, invest in, finance or decline a business opportunity.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or resell DealFlo's data or analysis at scale, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits associated with your subscription tier.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Paid tiers are billed as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Access codes (including Empowerd community and book-funnel codes) are subject to the terms under which they were issued.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
